Foxpro stuff that I tend to forget.

SQL queries

For example: (reqdate>={^2013-04-01} AND reqdate<={^2013-07-01})
Memo Fields:
You can only write 255 characters at a time to a memo field. If you need to write more than that via sql, you'll have to split up your text into chunks that are less than 255 characters and write the data one chunk at a time.
Wildcard for sql LIKE:
The wildcard character for the LIKE operator is "%".
For example: WHERE oeno LIKE "%48160"
This matches 48160 even if it is preceded by spaces (or any other character).
