I've been facinated with CSS since it's feeble beginnings in Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer, but you really couldn't tell by the lack of information here could you?
If you really want good info there are plenty of better places to go.
CSS Tricks is an excellent reference. I use it often.
Here are some ways to trick certain browsers (i.e. IE) into behaving, without messing up the browsers that know how to get it right per the standards.
